2. What are your working hours and do you clean on weekends and holidays?

Just choose the most convenient date and time for you and contact our friendly customer care representatives to arrange your appointment! They are available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Meanwhile, our professional cleaners start at 7.30 am on weekdays and at 9am on weekends and holidays. Keep in mind, that you can request your cleaning session for weekends or holidays with no extra charge.

4. Is your cleaning staff insured, vetted and well-trained?

You can be calm, that our professional cleaners are perfectly trained, vetted and fully insured. Our experienced company carefully selects all the employees. Our cleaners have personal references that we would be happy to provide to you.

5. Do I have to be at home during the cleaning procedure?

The best option is to be present at the beginning of the cleaning session (to open the door to our cleaner, to express your personal requirements if you have such) and at the end (to inspect the rooms and to lock the doors after our professionals). Our friendly cleaners can always give you a call before they finish, so you can have enough time in order to come back home for the end of the cleaning procedure. Otherwise, our experts could always find a way to return your keys to you, your neighbour, your friend or your porter.

6. Do you provide all the necessary cleaning / janitorial supplies and detergents?

We will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies for our professional Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

7. Do you require a cancellation fee or a deposit?

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our Terms and Conditions page.

8. What notice in advance do you need in order to book a cleaning appointment?

Actually, we don't have a minimum notice applied. However, it would be best if you could book your service in at least 3 to 5 days in advance in order to be sure we would have availability for the date and time that would suit you most.

9. Do I have to pay anything extra apart from your quoted price for the cleaning job?

Our quoted price includes all taxes, agency fees and services. The only charges that might be applied on top of the quoted price are:

• parking fees, if you are not able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners’ van;
• congestion, if your site address is in London congestion charge area
